We are interested in building relationships and forging strong connections with European, African and Asia clubs, extending to Americas soccer clubs. Our intentions of being able to send talented academy players abroad, whilst providing opportunities for players from Nigeria and Ghana clubs to join foreign clubs.
We have very good relationship with many top tier clubs and this allows us to provide many great opportunities for players looking to further their football career in Europe at the highest level and into a first team senior environment.
With this in mind, if you are a club that are looking to recruit players for Africa clubs and or from academy system, we would be more than happy to discuss the options we have with you including the relationships with tier 1, 2, 3, and 4 clubs. All players can be loaned or fully transferred subject to requirements.
Consultant and Representation
We are working as sports consultant and also working in collaboration with other consulting firms and organisations.
We are the consultant of Delta Football Association (DFA) an affiliate of NFF and the main representative of Delta Football Association (DFA) in Europe, Asia and Americas.
Representation and partnership with Delta Football Association (DFA), we (Act Sports Di Oyibo Ltd) are managing Delta Football Development Centre, the projects we are in partnership with Delta Football Association (DFA), we are training the grassroots coaches and developing football players of the age 10-21 years old boys, then expose and market them to clubs.
When Play is Done
When our players finish playing time, we stay more closer till end, win or lose we are one team.
Playing football at peak performance lasts between ten – fifteen years at best.
We stand with our players and other clients, for we are one family after all, ready with advice and support in taking good, positive steps in furthering opportunities once the final whistle blows.

Development Project
Our mission is to give African children and youth an opportunity to improve themselves and their future prospects through sports, by training them in football to a competitive international level, with the goal that talented players are expose and are picked up by clubs.
Africa is an ancient yet young, growing country, full of aspirations but often with limited access to means that can develop, realize and harness people’ skills. Soccer is one way very popular way to help these children and youth to achieve their dreams.
Right now we are actively involved with developing players in Delta State Nigeria in partnership with Delta State Football Association (DFA) who is affiliate of Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) who is affiliate of FIFA, The partnership projects which is a renowned source of football talent in Delta State Nigeria West Africa. Soon we will extend our training to other high schools. Thanks to our partnership with Delta State Nigeria, we train grassroots coaches and players in a professional environment. We invite and select players to participate in local tournaments, such as the Under 11, U13, U15 and U 17 footballers.
We started football development in Central Region of Ghana since 2013 as today, most of the players we that passed through our development projects are playing in professional teams and the national teams. The project is on-going, now playing Central Region division 2.
The development project is starting in Zambia, hopeful it will take good share as we progress in two Provinces of Zambia.

As dedicated license football intermediary based in Italy with more the 2 decade working experiences in Asia, Africa and Europe, we work with coaches, FA’s and a range of players from semi-professionals to full international players. We can help players find their first team, Under 19 and Under 21 categories, as well as academy players who are looking for a new club due to relocation. If you’re contracted to a club and wish to leave, we can also work proactively to find the best possible solution to facilitate a move for you.

Sponsors & Advertising
Sponsoring means giving or financially supporting something in exchange for publicity, while advertising means paying money for publicity. We help clubs with both classic and new ways of signing up sponsors and advertisers.
Partnerships & Affiliations
There are a growing number of tie-ups, affiliations and partnerships between clubs. We connect clubs with other clubs for partnerships and affiliations through training programs, youth development and academies, also creating partnership opportunities for football federation and football association with top clubs and companies.
Player Management & Negotiations
We contact clubs, arrange try-outs with pro clubs, obtain and evaluate competing offers. We negotiate signings and transfers on behalf and for the player, for whom we give expert support and advice in getting the best deal possible for the player’s career. We cover the entire process from start to finish and working as family with our players and other clients we represent. We verify and confirm all points before signing.
We explain every aspect to the player and our clients to have a clear understanding of the signing terms and process, as well as offering professional and impartial advice and with the best advice in order to make the correct decisions for their career in and out of playing the game they love and also for our clients to have good understand of every part of contract before signing it.

We all know players can multiply personal earnings from sponsorships, merchandising, licensing and endorsements; at their choice we encourage, promote and negotiate on their behalf all such opportunities and agreements for our players and our clients, not just stop after signing but to be with them as friends and family till the end.
Professional Training
Our trainers come from professional, who are deeply rooted in football, those who has played and who are into managerial or coaching life, most of our trainers are UEFA Pro-License and A License. Thanks to them we can offer private sessions, off-season group training, and assistance when coming back from injury.
